Hi! I is new but I've been following EW for a while now. = )
Publishers (Del Rey, Tokyopop and VIZ) sell a manga book (usually 150-200 pages) for anything from $8 to $11 bucks in the USA.
I'm not sure how much American comics sell for but I have a book from Dark Horse Comics that is 192 pages and sold for $15.
I hope that helps you average the prices. = )
For a 32-52 page comic of EW, I'd be willing to pay $8 to $11 bucks like the manga published from VIZ, Del Rey and Tokyopop.

Is there a chance you could send copies to the UK?
Per issue, I think I'd probably pay around a £7-10 (Which would be $12-20 I think...not good at estimating the British pount to US Dollars) which is a little more than a normal manga book here, but personally I think it'd be worth it for the comic.
I''d rather buy the uncensored version as well.

Comparing to the price of other comics that I have, I'd be willing to pay anywhere from 10 to 20 U.S. dollars for both an issue and the special print.

Each volume would be one book of the comic. We have a limit of 52 pages per an issue. Efforts are being made to keep the printed version as affordable as possible. I don't think we can quote a price but the price would NOT be $20 USD. If anything it might be closer to half that.

Well, I've got a job for the summer, so I'll have a bit of cash to throw around! ;) I wouldn't mind a book at all!

The manga that I've bought has always averaged just over 20 dollars, which I think would be about the same as an issue if you're only doing one book per issue. I'd suggest + or - 20 bucks for stuff. Granted, I'm also in Canada, so prices might be a bit different in the states.
Also, if you still don't know what you'd want to price stuff as, there's always the option of going to book stores and seeing how much manga and graphic novels go for.

Ah, my Favorite Omni-gear; for it is green. I never thought I'd see fan art of that thing, ever.

As for selling this in print format... It would probably depends somewhat on the payment options...
As I have not seen the mature pages; It might be a good Idea to go with the two separate versions depending on what type of content it was, but I'd probably buy the uncensored version anyway.

How many pages per average issue are we talking about here, and do you even have a vague number of your reader base?
As long as you can make enough of a profit to pay for the printer cost at least. I wouldn't want to see you going bankrupt.
