A few of us old fogeys agree that anime was much better in the early 90′s, but you still have a crop of the “old guard” making great stuff out of studio MADHOUSE up to the present day. Its just too bad that one of My favorite director/animators Satoshi Kon has just passed away at the young age of 47. I believe that Japan has probably lost about 40% of its talent, and he will be sorely missed. I am a Huge fan of “Magnetic rose”, “Paranoia agent”, “Tokyo Godfathers”, and “paprika” and I hope more people will continue to discover the works this man left behind, because too few studios in japan are even raising the bar anymore. I was worried about how you the readers might start to react to what I am currently depicting. This comic isn’t meant to be overtly offensive or adult in nature, but I did expect some ire based on the previous pages comments. I’m glad everyone’s tolerating this even if the idea of of kidnap and molestation isn’t a happy subject dive into. The mashine people tend to do what they think is a more logical course of action, they also don’t view humans as being on the same level as them until they become like them (Guardia mashina).
