The women who have been previously converted, don’t they have any influence on the behavior of the Machinas? I’d have thought they would have a lot sway since converted Machina seem to practically worship them.

Y’know, Shirid raises a valid point; if Mashina all-but worship the Guardia, how come the Guardia don’t have more influence over the way things run?
..of course, if there are way more Mashina than Guardia, this might be one reason… Men and politics, y’know…
I like this page a lot! Frame 4 is also revealing; I hadn’t seen the back of Lyron’s helmet before. Now I see that his helmet goes all the way around his head, not just the sides and front. Still got plenty of hair, though! ^-^
I dunno. The Mashina who have a Guardia are probably more focused on their ladies than any other human females. The Guardia are either not strong enough to stop a Mashina looking to get a mate or they think the woman would be better off in the long run. As for the Mashina doing the mating, well, I don’t think much of anything is going to stop him. He’s certainly not going to stop once he has his eye on a potential mate.

Shirid: mashina women do have a vote yes, but they mainly only influence their mate and family at the moment. How do i say this – you have a lot of ‘primitive’ girls who have been crushed by their own patriarchal culture. It’s a habit that is taking a long time to change, they’re only just breaking that cycle. It hasn’t happened en masse yet, but it is very likely to happen. It’s early days yet.
Six would never intentionally hurt hyune and he’ll try his best, really he will. But logically – at least, to him – rape is the best way to transform a human who’s afraid of mechas. Some mecha do take the time to woo their ladies, however. Six-eyes is just a jarhead. Goes to show how everyone’s different.

I like the additional bit you said about ol’ SixEyes, RB. Besides, I didn’t think that they ALL went crazy rut-nuts right after seeing their Aphel match (if that were true, then absolutely no female would be happy XD ). But that confirmation does give me some comfort about what’s to be revealed about Edenworld society. <3
